Rule Trigger Condition Treasury Action Incentive Defense (APY Floor) The APY of the $USD.T / $USDT farming pool falls below 300% for a sustained period (> 48 hours). The DAO votes to use stable funds to buy $TNTR from the open market, raising the price and the Farm's APY, maintaining incentive levels. Peg Defense ($USD.T) The price of $USD.T trades below $0.98 USD for more than 12 hours. Emergency Recapitalization: A controlled sale of Treasury assets is executed to buy $USD.T on the open market until the peg is restored to $1.00 USD. Decentralized Governance TNTR holders initiate votes to adjust Treasury utilization and future emission rates. Ensures the protocol's future direction and financial parameters are governed by the community.

Stability and Liquidity Strategy A. The Farming Engine (Liquidity Driver)

The pillar of the strategy is the Yield Farming program, which solely targets the stablecoin pair $USD.T / $USDT on PancakeSwap.

Emission Rate: The MasterChef contract is configured to release exactly 26 TNTR per Block.
